About The Position

Reporting to the Poker Supervisor, the Poker Clerk is responsible forproviding legendary guest service. This person is responsible for data input and various clericalfunctions of the Poker Room along with seating guests. The position requiresstrong attention to detail.

Requirements

Minimumone-year computer experience required.
Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
Mustknow how to operate computer and ten key adding machines.
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must beable to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Must beable to work any day of the week and any shift.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

Entering player ratings.
Maintain markers and dockets, including buybacks, transfers and voids.
Assisting Supervisors with markers, fills, credits and various duties as time allows.
Assist in seating and maintaining waiting lists.
Entering information for new players and retrieving Total Rewards cards from the Total Rewards Center.
Changing printer ribbons.
Answering pit telephones.
Ensuring all pits are stocked with necessary supplies.
Filing and organization of entered rating slips.
Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
