About The Position
The Poke Clerk works in the store’s food service area, preparing and serving poke and other ready-to-eat items while providing excellent customer service. This role is responsible for accurate order handling, food safety, and maintaining a clean, organized, and appealing service area.
Requirements
- Basic math, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and cash register safely.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred (minimum 3 months).
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Prepare and serve poke and related items according to customer requests.
- Weigh, label, and price products accurately.
- Operate cash register and process payments.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked displays, counters, and work areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure products are fresh, properly stored, and visually appealing.
