About The Position

As a Point of Sale Coordinator you will be responsible for distributing and warehousing all POS materials. You will load and unload POS products from suppliers for storage and shipment, and assist with filling orders placed by the sales force. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory of all incoming and outgoing POS.

Requirements

High School Diploma (or GED) required
Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device for clocking in/out
Understand and fully operate Microsoft Outlook and excel
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license
Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
Reliable form of transportation
Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
Ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Load/unload POS products from suppliers for shipment and storage.
Breakdown pallets of POS and place in their designated locations.
Fill orders placed by sales force for pick-up and depot shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory of all incoming/ outgoing POS.
Maintain a clean and organized POS warehouse with accurate POS location codes.
Adhere to all safety procedures/ standards within the course of performing job duties.
Perform other related duties as requested by Manager.
Perform basic housekeeping in assigned areas of warehouse.
Report to work as assigned and adhere to Swire’s time and attendance policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
