The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a(n) Point of Sale and Chargeback Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Owning the operational relationship with assigned distributors, managing the end-to-end process for point-of-sale (POS) and chargeback accounts. Implementing solutions with distributors to reduce errors, improve data quality, and prevent recurring issues in POS and chargeback submissions. Mentoring and providing leadership to junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their development. Supporting the Quality Leader by investigating data issues and resolving Salesforce cases from business partners related to chargebacks and POS. Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to be on-call during critical or constrained periods to support business continuity.
