Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
  • Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible podiatrist in good standing, at any stage of your career.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Podiatry care to geriatric and underserved communities.
  • Perform Diabetic Foot Care.
  • Conduct Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions.
  • Make Pressure Alleviation Recommendations.
  • Treat Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers.
  • Address Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain.
  • Perform Toenail clipping, debridement and removal.
  • Provide Routine nail and footcare.
