About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Podiatrist (DPM) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Sacramento, California. The role is integrated into a coordinated, community-focused clinical team serving senior populations. CMC provides equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics so the podiatrist can focus on delivering care without the overhead and administrative burden of running an independent practice. The position operates in established community-based outpatient clinics, with on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, and a coordinated team-based care environment. CMC emphasizes quality over volume, consistency and predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery. This is an independent contractor (1099) position. The schedule is four weekdays per week—Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday—with typical hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no night or weekend shifts and no billing or administrative responsibilities. Compensation is $900 per visit.
Requirements
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited program.
- Active California podiatry license.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient rapport.
- Comfort practicing in outpatient clinic environments.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive podiatric care, including routine foot care, wound care, nail procedures, and minor in-office procedures.
