About The Position

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Podiatrist to work Part-Time or Full-Time (2-4 Days per week), covering work locations across Northern Michigan (work sites include Traverse City, Roscommon, Cheboygan, and Alpena, MI). This position offers the opportunity to earn $700+ per day via an uncapped production-based pay structure. Benefits are available for full-time employees (4+ days per week). Mileage reimbursement is provided. Enjoy flexible scheduling with no evening or weekend hours required, clinical autonomy, and control over the pace of your day. You will have an established patient base with no patient quotas. HealthDrive provides 100% malpractice coverage, a full administrative support team, and dedicated Regulatory Affairs and Compliance teams. All equipment and supplies are provided, including a laptop with a proprietary EMR system. Experienced leaders are in place to drive and support clinical and corporate success. HealthDrive delivers on-site podiatry, optometry, dentistry, audiology, and behavioral health services to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities. Requirements

D.P.M.
Completion of a one-year podiatric residency program.
Current State professional license.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to use email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.

Responsibilities

Provide general podiatry services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and regular podiatry care.
Provide wound care management.
Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities is required for mobile model treatment of patients.
Perform other duties as assigned.
