About The Position

AllCare.ai is seeking a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide podiatric care to residents in assisted living communities across Northern California. The role involves mobile, in-facility visits with clustered routes intended to minimize travel time. A minimum availability of one day per week, Monday through Friday, is required. The position is available as W-2 or 1099.

AllCare.ai delivers coordinated in-facility care, including primary care, psychiatry, podiatry, diagnostics, wound care, and chronic care management, supported by a 24/7 medical concierge. Its platform streamlines documentation and compliance so providers can focus on care for seniors. Estimated annual compensation is $150,000–$200,000, based on patient volume and performance.

Requirements

• Active California DPM license in good standing.
• Active DEA registration.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric or facility-based settings.
• Ability to sanitize and maintain own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage podiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities.
• Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and facility staff.
• Participate in care coordination and case reviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
