Our mission is to expand access to healthcare for geriatric and underserved populations by bringing high-quality care directly to them. We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry services at Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states—and we’re continuing to grow. Our providers deliver exceptional, empathetic care while we handle all logistics, so they can focus solely on their patients. We’re seeking a compassionate, experienced Part-Time Podiatrist to join our mobile care team serving facilities throughout San Bernardino and Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for a provider looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and underserved populations. All administrative and logistical responsibilities—including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing are fully managed by CMC. This is an independent contractor position that allows you to focus on patient care without the burdens of running a private practice.
Requirements
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM).
- Active California Podiatry License.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine foot care, wound care, and diabetic foot management.
- Diagnose and treat podiatric conditions common among geriatric patients.
- Educate patients and facility staff on preventive care and ongoing management.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety in a mobile/facility-based environment.
