Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Completion of a minimum 3-year surgical residency
ABFAS certified, qualified or eligible in Foot and Rearfoot/Reconstructive Ankle (RRA) surgery, or completion of an ACFAS-recognized surgical fellowship
Active California medical license, DEA registration, and California fluoroscopy license (or in progress if currently in training)
External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
