About The Position
Higher Ground is building an ongoing roster of experienced Producers to call on as our podcast projects grow. This work spans guest booking and editorial development, episode assembly in Adobe Premiere Pro, and hands-on production for always-on shows — so strong production instincts and the ability to own a workflow end-to-end are key. This isn't a live vacancy but a chance to get on our radar ahead of upcoming projects. If you're a producer who loves the craft of building great interview content, we'd love to know about you. Requirements
