The role involves reading and following blueprints, shop orders, and specifications to build and assemble parts accurately and efficiently. Key tasks include installing components, assembling and installing cable, wire, and pneumatic tubing/hose management devices, and assembling pneumatic and hydraulic control boxes. The position also requires installing and routing pneumatic, hydraulic, grease, and oiler tubing/hose components on equipment, sub-assembling components, and operating material handling equipment. Maintaining a clean work area is essential, with occasional involvement in department clean-up and improvement projects.
