The AVP, PMO Standards & Enablement Manager is a senior operational role responsible for strengthening PMO execution through governance integrity, audit readiness, standards ownership, delivery enablement, and targeted project intervention. This role ensures consistent, audit ready reporting, strong financial and risk controls, and disciplined delivery practices across the enterprise portfolio. This role partners closely with PMO leadership, Project Managers, Finance, Risk/Compliance, Technology, and delivery teams to drive execution consistency and improve portfolio outcomes. While not directly owning enterprise platforms, the role plays a critical enablement function—supporting scale, automation, and operational resiliency across the PMO.
