This role puts you at the center of how we keep our Project Management Office operating with consistency, integrity, and measurable quality. As the PMO Quality and Governance Coordinator (G-9), you’ll monitor quality and compliance standards, analyze and report performance trends, and strengthen processes through clear documentation, testing, and training. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently—someone who is accurate, can translate data into actionable insights, and can communicate findings to management. You must be confident using modern tools and have strong Microsoft platform skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with Visio, ADO, MS Copilot, and MS Power Platform is a plus. Our PMO is entering an exciting period of modernization - you’ll have the opportunity to identify high-value improvements that accelerate automation, strengthen reporting, and reduce manual effort.
