About The Position

Trissential is hiring a Program Manager to join our client's team and play a critical role in driving portfolio governance, program oversight, risk management, and executive-level reporting. This role is for a strategic Program Manager who thrives in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring large-scale initiatives stay aligned and on track. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility enterprise programs, partner with executive leadership, help shape governance frameworks, and gain exposure to strategic initiatives. It also provides a hybrid work model with a blend of onsite collaboration and flexibility.

Requirements

Experience in portfolio governance, enterprise PMO, or large-scale program management environments
Strong expertise in cross-program RAID management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking
Experience facilitating executive governance meetings and presenting to senior leadership audiences
Proven ability to create, track, and analyze KPIs, metrics, and program performance indicators
Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to navigate ambiguity and implement scalable program governance frameworks
Experience supporting multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives and strategic programs
Currently authorized to work in the United States

Experience as a Portfolio Governance Manager
Experience as a PMO Lead overseeing enterprise-wide programs
Experience serving as a Risk & Dependency Lead within complex organizations
Strategic PMO leadership experience supporting large transformation initiatives
Background working within highly regulated or matrixed enterprise environments
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar credentials

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance activities across multiple enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive review sessions
Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program health metrics
Identify, track, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) across programs
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure program interdependencies are effectively managed
Analyze program performance data and present actionable insights to leadership teams
Establish and improve governance processes that increase transparency and accountability
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
Create structure, processes, and reporting mechanisms within evolving and ambiguous environments
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
