About The Position

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Aerospace Strategic Programs team in New Port Richey, Florida. This on-site role is responsible for supporting Project and Program Managers with project financial management, tracking, and reporting. The analyst will also be involved in portfolio-level data analytics, insights, governance support, and process improvements. The position aims to enable product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance. The role includes owning the standard work for project critical tools, supporting daily management rhythms, and serving as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management. Additionally, the analyst will lead lower-risk projects to build project management capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field required
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases)
  • Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge with Earned Value Management
  • Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel – with approximately 10% travel, overnight globally

Responsibilities

  • Support all Project and Program managers with project financial management, project tracking and reporting.
  • Review, at portfolio level, data analytics and insights.
  • Provide governance support and process improvements.
  • Enable product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance.
  • Own the standard work for project critical tools, including their use, analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Support daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects.
  • Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management.
  • Lead lower-risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills in preparation for a future Project Manager role.
