Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PMO or project environment
  • Strong experience with forecasting and budgeting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, modeling)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in process mapping and optimization
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement standardized processes, including maintaining and managing database files
  • Coordinate and streamline process networks across functions within the PMO
  • Develop and maintain project management processes, including mapping and roadmap execution
  • Support project lifecycle management and ensure alignment with PMO standards
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders across the North America region
  • Analyze project performance, priorities, and objectives to support decision-making
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities related to project initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement within PMO processes and tools
