Responsibilities

  • Track, monitor, and update status of program deliverables.
  • Apply processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance.
  • Maintain library of PMO documents and build a repository of project templates for both technical and management use.
  • Support project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, market research, and internal communications.
  • Translate business processes into workflows and dashboards.
  • Update and maintain organizational IT lifecycle documentation supporting both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Define, develop, and maintain engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standards; provide oversight of Enterprise SDLC reviews including change management.
