Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in PMIS, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling, and dashboard development.
Experience integrating enterprise systems and applying data quality and governance practices.
Demonstrated ability to work with PMO, project, and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting.
Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, utility, or similarly complex programs.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, OneLake, Power Platform, Tableau, SAP, or Dataverse.
Knowledge of PMO, program controls, risk management, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PMIS data integrations, pipelines, models, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL, Python, and related tools.
Build Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, forecasts, and executive reports for portfolio, program, and project performance.
Integrate and reconcile data from project, financial, ERP, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve decision support.
Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics and PMIS solutions for large, complex programs.
