About The Position

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position designed for ultimate flexibility. Design your ideal work week. Whether you want to see a few patients in the evenings to supplement your current role, or build out a robust part-time or full-time schedule, you have complete control over your calendar. There are no minimum hour requirements. Practice from anywhere with a private space and a solid internet connection. Log in and see patients only during the hours you choose to open up. No mandatory on-call rotations. We handle insurance verification, patient billing, and collections. You get paid reliably for your clinical time. Work with an intuitive EHR system designed to minimize charting time and maximize patient care.

Requirements

Valid PMHNP License: Active, unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in your state of practice.
Board Certification (PMHNP-BC) is required.
Active DEA Registration: A valid DEA license is required for prescribing controlled substances (where clinically appropriate and compliant with state/federal telehealth regulations).
Tech-Ready Setup: A secure, private workspace with high-speed internet and a reliable computer with a high-definition webcam.
Independent Mindset: The clinical confidence to work autonomously as an independent contractor while upholding top-tier ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments via our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Provide evidence-based medication management and brief supportive psychotherapy.
Formulate, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
Maintain timely, concise, and accurate clinical documentation within our user-friendly EHR system.
