About The Position

The PM Valet Attendant is responsible for making an exceptional first and last impression on every guest. By engaging with our guests and customers in a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic manner, you will provide the best experience possible while delivering safe and efficient vehicle service.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License in your state of residency with a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's insurance provider.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) check.
• Ability to run and move quickly, stand for long periods of time, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat personality with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of general driving experience or 1 year of valet experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate all vehicles safely and responsibly to minimize the potential for accidents, keeping the safety of yourself and others as the top priority.
• Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage while maintaining tight organization at the operation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive environment for customers and teammates, and help facilitate smooth transitions at the end of shifts.
• Look sharp and remain neatly groomed at all times; perform light cleaning duties as assigned.
• Follow all VPNE uniform standards and attendance policies.
