About The Position

Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center is seeking a PM Server to join the Food and Beverage team in El Tapeo, a restaurant celebrating the bold flavors of a modern Spanish kitchen. The role involves greeting and serving guests, taking orders, and ensuring a high-quality, memorable dining experience.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as an PM Restaurant Server.
• Familiarity with utilizing a POS system.
• Food handlers and TIPS or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent people skills.
• Ability to assist guests with their questions and concerns.
• Pride in organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of different days and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in the restaurant.
• Ensure a top of the line, quality, and memorable experience for guests.
• Take guests orders and requests.
• Provide excellent service according to high-quality standards.
