About The Position

Coors Distributing Company (CDC) is seeking a PM Warehouse Operator to join their Warehouse Operations team in Denver, CO. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate replenishment of products within the distribution system. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborates with the Delivery and Sales teams. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with a shift start time of 3:15 pm. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours, with overtime eligibility for hours exceeding 40 per week. The starting wage is $22/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $28/hr through a Pay for Skill program that rewards mastery of various warehouse tasks and roles.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid high school diploma or GED.
  • Must provide consent for a criminal background check.
  • Physically capable of handling/lifting up to 30 pounds up to 2500 times per shift.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 165 pounds periodically.
  • Must be able to write, read, and speak the English language.
  • Must be capable of passing Coors Distributing Company's certification for warehouse equipment (forklift and/or walkie-rider).
  • Must be flexible with shifts and hours, which can change based on company demands, especially during summer months.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and/or unloading of delivery vehicles, ensuring correct product and date code.
  • Delivery truck check-in, confirming accuracy of returned product.
  • Receiving and unloading product into inventory from Over-The-Road or local trucks.
  • Shipping distributor orders, dunnage, and pallets with proper paperwork.
  • Forklift operation for replenishing product into identified locations.
  • Manually moving cases of beer into system towers.
  • Hand stacking, checking completed pallets for accuracy, and adding cases as required.
  • Overseeing system flow for accuracy, correcting jams or errors before palletizing.
  • Manually loading carts off the system.
  • Picking and loading kegs for delivery to loading bays.
  • Moving CDC and brewery trucks into and out of docks (Truck Jockey).
  • Assisting in developing repack, including ordering materials and ensuring brewery quality standards.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment.
  • Applying safe work standards, including EHS laws and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
