The Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton is now hiring a full-time PM Public Space/Lobby Attendant. The lobby/public space attendant is responsible for maintaining the lobby and public space areas, as assigned by management, in a clean and orderly condition according to standard procedures in a safe, accident-free manner.

Requirements

Must be available to work 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM including weekends and holidays as business demands.

Responsibilities

Clean all fingerprints off glass doors and Registration Desk, and vacuum lobby areas.
Clean public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mopping floors, and replenishing supplies.
Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies, taking out trash, cleaning glass doors, and wiping tables.
Clean exercise room mirrors, equipment, take out trash, vacuum, and clean glass doors.
Assist with excessive laundry when required.
Perform general cleaning of offices and Front Office areas.
Perform general cleaning of the associate break room.
Clean associate bathrooms, including sink, toilet, mopping floors, and replenishing toilet paper and paper towels.
Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.
Assist the Chief Engineer in resolving guest complaints concerning the Maintenance Department.
Deliver cribs, roll-away beds, and related items to suites as requested by supervisor or guest, and record their locations in the Log Book at the Front Desk.
Be knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures.
Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and services.
