As a Pool & Public Space Attendant you are responsible for guest service, ensuring cleanliness, safety and readiness of pool & resort areas. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Achieved a high school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail oriented, well organized and work well independently and in a team environment
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, push and pull carts, repeatedly stock linens
Responsibilities
- Ensuring pool area is ready for guests
- Maintaining linens and replenishing as needed
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and helpful manner; reporting and intervening when guests are involved in unsafe behavior
- Observing and correcting safety issues in pool area
- Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor
