About The Position
Rite Rug, established in 1934, is a leading privately-owned flooring company. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Processor to join their team at the Corporate location in Whitehall, OH. The company prides itself on a family-like environment. The primary purpose of this position is to enter and order multi-family jobs for installation and to manage accounts to ensure that Property Management install schedules are consistently met. The role offers a starting salary of $40,000 along with full benefits.
Requirements
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Flooring experience and experience with RFMS is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer service calls
- Entry newly requested orders
- Ensure billing is correct
- Process change orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Scheduling of installs
- Enter service work orders
