Requirements

Must be a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Qualified Medication Aide (QMAP).
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic health records.
Previous experience in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents.
Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications.
Document medication administration accurately.
Communicate with healthcare professionals regarding resident care.
Maintain a safe and clean medication administration area.
