About The Position

The Warehouse Team Lead is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse with the Warehouse Supervisor. Ensures that the department’s functions are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. We invite qualified candidates who are ready to take on this leadership role in our warehouse operations to apply for the PM Warehouse Lead position.

Requirements

Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations
PC skills
Technical knowledge of distribution, operations systems including WMS & RF Scanning is required.
leadership, initiative and decision-making skills.
The successful candidate must possess excellent analytical skills and be capable of handling a variety of issues, problems and priorities simultaneously, while having the ability to foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication and corporate culture

Nice To Haves

D.O.T. regulations knowledge a plus
Direct to Consumer experience is desirable

Responsibilities

Manage warehouse activities with the Shift Supervisor.
Ensures employee compliance to protocols and standards.
Ensures the warehouse inventory is clearly identified and readily accessible.
Ensures products for delivery are routed to the appropriate clients.
Supervises document preparations for transfer to other departments/shipping.
Monitors and tracks the progress of deliveries.
Maintains, if not surpasses, quality expectations and standards required by the department.
Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
Identifies measures that can improve various warehouse processes without the additional financial burden.
Fosters a high degree of morale among his people.
Assists in the recruitment, hiring, promoting, and terminating processes as needed.
Trains employees to ensure that their skills are at par with the newest warehouse standards and regulations.
