About The Position
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage medium-to-large IT projects from planning through completion. The role coordinates teams, tracks project schedules and deliverables, manages risks and issues, and communicates project status to stakeholders. The position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a hybrid work mode. Employment type is contract, and interviews are conducted by video and in person.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- At least 2 years managing large, complex, multi-year projects.
- At least 2 years of experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce technology.
- Knowledge of Agile, PMBOK, IT governance, risk management, and change control.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
- State government or Child Support Enforcement experience.
