PM / Estimator (Environmental PD)

Spyder ConstructionLittleton, CO
$95,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

This is a closer's seat. You generate the estimate, win the client, and own the project from the first site walk to the last dollar collected. You will be trusted to go bring in work, build relationships that will pay off for years, and protect the margin on everything you touch. If you would rather own the number than wait for permission, keep reading. Owning a project means owning the mechanics too. You will submit RFIs and detailed monthly pay applications, partner with accounting to collect down payments and chase receivables, build complete job folders, and attend project walks through demo, rough, punch, and final. The autonomy is real, and so is the accountability.

  • Lead the room. Host project kickoffs, internal pre-construction meetings, and OAC meetings. Get the production team aligned on scope, budget, and schedule before anyone picks up a tool.
  • Step up when it gets hard. Be the escalation point project managers count on, resolve scope disputes and client issues, and help PMs grow.
