About The Position

King Kamehameha Golf Club in Wailuku, HI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time PM Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
• Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
• Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Must be able to work weekends
• Perform other duties as required
