Four Seasons Vail is excited to launch the collaboration of Four Seasons and Frasca Hospitality Group to create Tavernetta Vail. Frasca Hospitality Group, led by Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, and Peter Hoglund, is dedicated to providing warm and gracious hospitality. Founded in 2004 with the goal of creating "the best neighborhood restaurant in the world," the group opened Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado, inspired by the frascas of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. The group has expanded to include the Italian- and European-inspired eateries of Pizzeria Alberico, Sunday Vinyl, and the Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded Tavernetta in Denver. We seek to continue this expansion here with the opening of Tavernetta Vail by hiring enthusiastic, ambitious, and humble staff to uphold a culture of excellence, education, and respect. This position will prepare food items per guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
