About The Position
The PM Busperson is responsible for assisting servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment, as well as stocking all necessary wares and equipment for service. The position requires ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department, maintaining food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. Additionally, the PM Busperson must ensure communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff, and perform other duties as assigned. The role requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Requirements
- Previous guest relations and/or training.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
