About The Position

Our company is looking for a Bistro Server to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our internal and external guests. The Bistro is a small, fast-casual restaurant, and we are looking for an Attendant to help with the food and beverage preparation on the PM shift. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player who wants to play a role in bringing customers to the Courtyard by Marriott.

Nice To Haves

Food Handlers Certificate
Prior Bistro experience working in a fast-paced environment
Cash register experience or similar role is preferred
Marriott training
Open to cross train on AM Shift is available

Responsibilities

Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and customer specifications
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment
