Requirements

Two year technical degree or equivalent education or equivalent education and/or experience.
Valid driver's license in state of residence required.
Must be 21 years of age to operate a company vehicle.
Strong mechanical skills - Perform mechanical field maintenance work to ensure optimal availability and reliability of artificial lift equipment.
Good oral and written communication skills - Listens to understand input, feedback and concerns. Responds promptly and positively to questions and requests.
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Good math skills – Ability to develop and apply mathematical thinking in order to solve a range of problems in everyday situations. Involves basic arithmetic and numerical concepts and uses measurements and standard tools and formulas to calculate data.
Good organizational and time management skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

Automation competencies include computer skills in SCADA, telemetry, Windows operating environment, database technologies, Internet, and networking.
Wireless communication competency required (SCADA, telemetry, host systems, etc.).
Certificate in DC Electronics

Responsibilities

Develops good working relationships with customers through professional communication.
Develop and maintain application competency in Production Automation.
Work with team to plan and execute on projects.
Reviews quotes, installation and repair plans to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and the parts and process required to address the need.
As needed, explains installation, service or repair plans, and invoices to customers; discusses cost or time overruns with team leader or manager.
Executes installations, repair, or service plans and documents results.
Creates product failure analysis reports.
Responsible for the accurate account of all truck inventory.
Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
Other duties as required.
