Requirements

  • Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or vocational training
  • Valid plumbing license (as required by local/state regulations)
  • Proven experience as a plumber
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and dexterity
  • Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions
  • May require lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing
  • Certification in backflow prevention

Responsibilities

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Inspect plumbing systems for safety and functionality
  • Drain cleaning
  • Collaborate with internal skilled trades, Operations, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
