We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team and provide comprehensive plumbing solutions.

Requirements

5+ Years of experience in commercial service plumbing
Ability to work independently
Ability to think outside of the box for long-term solutions
Knowledge of regulations within the plumbing industry
Ability to properly use hand and power plumbing tools
Demonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Pro-active, organized & detail oriented
Valid and clean Driver’s License is a must

Responsibilities

Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues
Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps
Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.
Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates
Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures
Perform preventive maintenance as required
Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing
Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge
