Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and methods.
Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, crawling, and working in confined spaces.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
Diagnose plumbing issues, identify faulty components, and perform effective repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes, health and safety regulations.
Provide clear communication to customers about the work performed and any recommended maintenance.
Work collaboratively with other departments and team members to deliver comprehensive service solutions.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and report any safety concerns promptly.
