About The Position
Horizon Services is seeking a Residential Plumbing expert who is passionate about problem solving and customer service. We are a trusted name in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning with over 30 years of experience, offering an unmatched level of customer service and technical expertise. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential plumbing systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. We offer consistent and reliable full-time year-round work with flexible scheduling options, including 4-10s, and no on-call shifts. We provide robust paid training and professional development, with opportunities for growth and promotion from within. Qualified technicians will be sponsored for Journeyman license and relative certifications. We also offer tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Residential Plumbing Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard-working and motivated
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance for clients' plumbing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service during home visits.
