Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Proven ability to lead teams, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Responsibilities

Supervise and support plumbing crews on residential job sites to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
Review plans, specifications, and job scopes to ensure proper installation and compliance
Monitor daily operations, including job progress, staffing, and material usage
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations
Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and skill levels
Coordinate with project managers, budget coordinators, and office staff to resolve issues and maintain workflow
Conduct quality control checks and address any deficiencies or rework needs
Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles
