About The Position

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking a Weekend Plumbing Supervisor to lead from the front, develop technicians, and build a winning team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting and developing residential plumbing technicians while ensuring weekend operations run smoothly. The role involves significant time in the field coaching technicians, conducting ride-alongs, driving performance, and ensuring customers receive a 5-star experience. The ideal candidate is visible, involved, and accountable for their team's success.

Requirements

Strong background in residential service plumbing
Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising plumbing technicians
Strong understanding of KPIs, revenue, and technician performance
Ability to coach both technical and customer-facing performance
Plumbing license appropriate to the role; Journeyman or higher preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Hands-on, positive, and accountable leadership style
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Must be available to work Friday–Tuesday

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians
Provide in-field coaching through ride-alongs and site visits
Track technician KPIs, revenue, performance, and customer experience
Hold technicians accountable to company goals and expectations
Partner with Dispatch to ensure the right plumber is assigned to the right job
Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalations
Reinforce ServiceTitan processes and operational standards
Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, truck inventory, and customer service
Conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and ongoing performance coaching
Help build a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture
