About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced plumbing subcontractors for ongoing residential projects in Belleville/Trenton, Ontario, and surrounding areas. The scope of work includes residential plumbing installations and repairs, rough-in and finish plumbing, fixture installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, tubs/showers), drain, waste, and vent (DWV) work, and minor service calls and repairs as required. Set pricing will be provided per scope of work. Most materials will be supplied by us, though consumables and specialty items may be excluded. Subcontractors will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site and professional communication with clients and project managers.

Requirements

• Registered business in Ontario
• Valid plumbing license (as applicable for subcontracted work)
• Valid WSIB clearance certificate
• General liability insurance (minimum $2M recommended)
• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work
• Strong workmanship, reliability, and professionalism
