Hiller is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join their team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, performing installations, conducting routine maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• A valid driver's license
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues
• Strong communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues to include (but not limited to) leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems.
• Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters according to local codes and company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before beginning work.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
