About The Position

Will be dispatched directly from your home & work vehicle included! As a Lead Plumbing Installer, you'll direct crews installing plumbing systems, from piping, fixtures, and water heaters to pipeline work for sewers and water mains, while mentoring the apprentices and technicians working alongside you. You bring the technical know-how, keeping every plumbing installation job on track and up to code. This leadership position offers real long-term stability and a clear path to keep growing in the trade.

Requirements

• MN Plumbing Journeyman License
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Valid drivers license
• Maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Direct crews installing plumbing systems, from piping, fixtures, and water heaters to pipeline work for sewers and water mains
• Mentor apprentices and technicians working alongside you
• Keep every plumbing installation job on track and up to code
