Requirements

4+ years of residential plumbing service experience
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
Ability to build trust and educate homeowners on recommended solutions
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving requirements

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
Perform installations, maintenance, and service repairs on plumbing equipment and fixtures
Provide homeowners with professional recommendations and solutions
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local and national plumbing codes
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a five-star customer experience
