Requirements

Currently enrolled in the Idaho Plumbing Apprenticeship Program or hold a Journeyman license.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Drug-free and committed to safety.
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
Coachable and eager to learn with the ability to handle service calls independently.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Tackle essential plumbing repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, running toilets, dishwasher drainage issues, and more.
Work closely alongside a seasoned field supervisor for guidance and support on more complex tasks.
Provide honest, clear communication to homeowners, building trust from the first visit.
Complete repairs with professionalism and craftsmanship, leaving every home cleaner than you found it.
Identify and report potential issues that might require advanced attention without any pressure to sell.
