The role involves providing top-notch residential and light commercial service, accurately diagnosing issues, clearly presenting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will utilize ServiceTitan for job management, estimates, invoicing, and payment collection, emphasizing professional workmanship, safety, and quality execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician
• Strong working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan
• Demonstrated sales ability — presenting options and closing recommended work
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record per company policy

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and light commercial settings
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations to code and company standards
• Conduct thorough system evaluations and present repair/replacement options to customers
• Sell recommended services, repairs, and upgrades using approved pricing and sales processes
• Deliver clear, professional communication and excellent customer service
• Document jobs, estimates, photos, and notes accurately in ServiceTitan
• Collect payments and process transactions accurately
• Keep your service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable plumbing codes
