About The Position

StrongBuilt Plumbing & Air (AZ) is a rapidly growing, veteran-owned residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air since 2015. We pride ourselves on setting a higher standard for contractors and fostering a culture focused on growth, development, and retention. As a Service Technician, you will be dispatched directly from your home in your company-provided work vehicle. Your primary duties will involve diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests will be conducted for each system. You will communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after service, with a heavy emphasis on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspects of the job, collecting payments, providing accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, and maintaining truck inventory levels.

Requirements
