Requirements

• 8–10+ years of commercial plumbing experience required
• Strong technical proficiency in installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience working on large commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman License strongly preferred (not required)
• Backflow Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain underground PVC, cast iron, and ductile iron piping systems
• Install and repair floor drains, cleanouts, and related commercial drainage components
• Install and maintain roof drains and associated piping (PVC and cast iron)
• Install and service a wide range of plumbing fixtures including toilets, urinals, sinks, mop/floor sinks, water heaters, and more
• Perform drain cleaning (cabling), operate diagnostic cameras, and use jetters for clearing tough blockages
• Work confidently and safely, either independently or as part of a skilled team
