This is a ground-floor opportunity as our plumbing division is growing fast, and you'll help shape its future. You'll lead talented plumbers with a supportive office crew behind you. Requirements
- Leadership Experience: You know how to coach, train, and build a strong team.
- Organization & Communication: You keep techs, dispatch, and customers on the same page.
- Customer-First Attitude: Great service starts with great leadership. Professionalism and positivity are non-negotiable.
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- Strong Plumbing Background: Years of residential experience across repairs, water heaters, drains, and more is a plus.
- Illinois Plumbing License is a plus.
